1 General Provisions

ee33 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ee33 and the user of the platform ("Member").

ee33 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. If a Member continues to use the platform after changes take effect, they will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration & Identity Verification

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on ee33, a Member must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Accounts created on the basis of false information may be closed at any time, and deposited funds may be forfeited in such cases.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one ee33 account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ee33 reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for verification. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

All services on ee33 are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Opening or using an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. ee33 may request documents at any time to verify age.

If proof of underage use is found, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors do not access online gaming platforms.

4 Account Security & Password Policy

The Member is solely responsible for the security of their account. Login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential and sharing them with any third party is strictly prohibited.

• If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, ee33 must be notified immediately.
• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out every time.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

ee33 will never ask for your password or sensitive information via email or chat. If you receive any such request, report it immediately to [email protected].

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ee33 currently accepts transactions through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5.2 Minimum Amounts

For each method, the minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. In some cases, additional time may be required due to identity verification or security review.

5.4 Transaction Verification

ee33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel suspicious transactions. If indications of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity are found, the associated account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be informed.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

ee33 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions — please read the offer details carefully.
• Completing the wagering requirement is mandatory to withdraw winnings earned using a bonus.
• Bonus abuse (claiming from multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
• ee33 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus, but fair notice will be given for any currently active bonuses.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to a third party.

6.4 VIP Program

ee33's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. VIP tier upgrades depend on a Member's overall activity on the platform. Separate terms and conditions apply to VIP cashback.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Fair Play Policy

ee33 is committed to ensuring fair play as a safe and reliable platform. All game outcomes are determined by a neutral algorithm (RNG). In the event of a technical error, ee33 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the deposited funds.

7.2 Betting Rules

For sports betting, market outcomes will be determined based on the announcement of the official results provider. In the event of any dispute, ee33's decision will be considered final.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device problem, ee33 will make its decision based on the data saved on the server. Claims of technical issues on the Member's side may not be accepted.

7.4 Sports Betting Limitations

ee33 reserves the right to set maximum payout limits on sports betting markets. For live events, markets may be suspended at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
• Hacking or fraudulently accessing another Member's account.
• Providing fraudulent payment information or forged documents.
• Falsely claiming to be an ee33 employee or representative.
• Engaging in abusive or harassing behavior toward other Members.

If any of the above violations are proven, ee33 reserves the right to forfeit the associated balance and take legal action.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by ee33

Based on evidence or suspicion of a Terms violation, ee33 may temporarily or permanently close any account. During a suspension, active bets and withdrawal requests will be placed on hold.

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

A Member may request to close their account at any time. To do so, send an email to [email protected] or submit a request via live chat. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, ee33 may notify the Member and take necessary steps regarding balance management. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts.

10 Limitation of Liability

ee33 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by the Member's internet disconnection or device issues.
• Cyberattacks or data breaches caused by third parties — however, ee33 maintains SSL encryption and security measures to the best of its ability.
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical maintenance.
• Losses resulting from the Member's own violation of the Terms.
• Any disruption related to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, war, pandemic).

In no case will ee33's total liability exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in that month.

11 Privacy Policy

Details on how a Member's personal information is collected, stored, and used are described in ee33's separate Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is considered part of the same agreement as these Terms.

By registering, a Member is considered to have agreed to the data management practices described in the Privacy Policy. Information is shared with third parties only when required by legal obligation or for identity verification purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

ee33 encourages Members to play responsibly. Gaming is for entertainment — not as a means of earning a living.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Avoid the tendency to place larger bets to recover losses.
• Take regular breaks and manage the time you spend playing.
• Seek help if you notice signs of gaming addiction.

13 Changes & Amendments to Terms

ee33 reserves the right to amend any part of these Terms at any time. A notice will be published on the site for significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made means accepting the updated Terms.
